Balloon Powered Race Car

Objective:  TLW construct a balloon powered race. TLW then measure the speed of the balloon powered race car.
Materials: Various materials can be used to make the body  of your race car.  You can not use any materials that were used for a toy car of truck.

Suggested materials:
     Various materials for the body (milk carton, styrofoam, or Jell-o box, etc)
     9 inch balloon
     Straw
     Tape
     Color pencils or crayons
     Shoe box to keep materials in
     Tape or glue
     Small scissors

Rubric: 
     Turned in on time                                                                  20 points
     Car constructed will all required parts.                                     20 points
     Followed all rules                                                                   20 points
     Car moves 3 to 5 meters                                                       20 points
     All parts are stable                                                                20 points
