Fact and History Card

Assignment:  Create a fact card for a mathematician, scientist, or inventor of the past.  A photo or picture of the "person of interest" should cover one side of the card.  On the other side of the card, include one to three paragraphs telling about the "person of interest"and  his/her contribution to history.  Be sure to answer the the five "W's: who, what, when, where, and why".  See example below.
